Vijay Kumar Tuteja

Vijay Tuteja is an architect by profession graduated from Chandigarh College of Architecture, Chandigarh in 1976. He founded in AWE Design Concepts, a multi-disciplinary architecture and design firm, based in New Delhi, India upon his return from Nigeria in 1992. He was in Nigeria for 13 years with a British firm of architects and worked extensively on project for the federal Govt and Multi-National companies.

He carries 39 years of experience on design of institutional, commercial, gated residential colonies both plotted and group housings, industrial projects and hospitals.His expertise lies in Design, Design Development, Detailing and Project Management.

Mayank Raj Modi

Graduate in B.Sc. (Hons) in Business Management from Institute for Integrated Learning in Management (IILM), Delhi in 2001. Worked in the Software Sector at Bangalore and a short training stint at Lloyd Marine, London. He is responsible for marketing, sales and corporate communications.

R.K Modi

Founder Director of Ashiana Group. Graduated in B.E (Hons) Civil Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS), Pilani in 1972. Rohit Raj Modi

Graduate in B.Com (Hons) from Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics, Bombay and Master Business Administration from International Management Institute (IMI), New Delhi. Has been actively involved in Business Development, Marketing Strategy, Planning and Execution of housing projects since 1997.
