Responsible for co-ordination of construction drawings with various design consultants/ Preparation of GFC’s and site co-ordinations.

Qualification:

Essential :

B.Arch

Age :

25 – 35 years

Salary : Salary not a constraint for deserving candidate.

Work Experience Desirable

Work Experience :

Essential:

minimum 5 years and maximum 10 years in high rise residential housing projects with architectural consultants / Real Estate Developers

Desirable:

Minimum 3 years work experience with Real Estate Development Company

Technical / Soft Skills required

  • *Proficiency in Auto cad, Working knowledge of Photoshop, 3-D Max, coral draw.
  • Should have good Communication Skills and ability to work in a Team.
  • Should be comfortable working in high pressure time lines.

Key Results Areas

  • Assist in Project Design
  • Effective coordination with external consultants
  • Preparation of Municipal sanction drawings and completion drawings.
  • Preparing architectural and detailed GFC working drawings
  • Safe keeping/preservation of the AS BUILT drawings
  • Coordination with Project site team
  • Timely Issuance of tender drawings & GFCs to ensure proper planning & execution
  • Assist in Preparation of master checklist of all material specifications to be executed in the project
  • Identification and regular reporting of deviations during site visits
