Objective of the position

Responsible for design conceptualization, supervision and coordination of construction drawings which should reach the project teams in a timely manner, and as per agreed parameters to ensure that project adheres to the high quality of work associated with Ashiana Homes

Candidate:

Male/ Female any candidate

Qualification Essential

Essential: B.Arch from a good institute

Desirable

Certification in construction Management

Age

35 – 45 years

Work Experience Desirable

Work Experience Essential

12-15 years in high rise residential housing projects

  • Worked on full life cycle of at least 5 projects of min 5 lac sq ft
  • Team leader for 8- 10 years
  • Experience in architectural firm or developer company

Technical / Soft Skills required

*Proficiency in Auto cad, Working knowledge of Photoshop, 3-D Max, coral draw, Revit

*Innovative and Creative thinking,Coordination skills& Quality Orientation

*Ability to manage and develop a team

Key Results Areas

  • Results to be achieved:
    • Design of basic concept plan as per market feedback on product
    • Prepare schedule of stage wise drawings required in the project
    • Identify and engage external consultants
    • Briefing, supervision and coordination with external consultants
    • Continuous updation in knowledge of local bye laws, ensuring good quality accurate sanction drawings and completion drawings.
    • Coordinate with environment consultant and assist in presentation to statutary authority for getting Environment approval.
    • Coordinate with consultants and safe keeping/preservation of the AS BUILT drawings
    • Regular site visits
    • Coaching, developing and retaining a strong team
  • Results measurement parameters:
    • Minimal rework required in the basic concept plan designed
    • Optimum utilization of area in the area charts prepared
    • Engaging with high quality consultants within budget and their effective supervision and coordination
    • External consultants – well aligned to requirements + preliminary findings
    • Timely issuance of tender drawings and subsequently GFCs to ensure proper planning & execution
    • Hassle free Retrieval of AS BUILT drawings whenever needed
    • Master list of all material specifications needed for project to be within projected cost
    • Meeting of all committed TATs
