Objective of the position

Responsible for coordinating and controlling day to day maintenance activities of common facilities in the designated project within approved processes and procedures and maintaining cordial relations with RWAs as well as individual residents.

Essential :

Graduate any

Desirable :

Diploma in Hotel Management / Operations

Work Experience Desirable

Work Experience :


5 – 6 years experience in Facility operations/ general administration of facilities at residential housing projects.


Technical / Soft Skills required

  • Good communications & Coordination skills
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, Power Point)

Key Results Areas

  • Manage maintenance operations ensuring quality of services.
  • Implementation and adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures for maintenance of all common facilities as per agreed SLAs.
  • Coordinate with vendors providing facilities like housekeeping, security or any other service providers
  • Build and manage relationship with RWAs and local administration
  • Manage the in-house facility team of muti-technicians, club incharge and the Outsourced housekeeping and security deployed at the site
  • Maintenance charging and collection of the amount
  • MIS and report generation
  • Optimal resolution of all customer requests
