Club Caretaker / Facility

Reporting To

Manager Facility

Objective of the position

Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the Club and its premises ensuring adherance to safety, sanitation, energy management, preventive maintenance and any other related standards. Ensure all needs of the Club members and guests are consistently exceeded.

Person Specification


Essential : Graduate any

Desirable: Diploma in Hotel Management / Operations

Work Experience Desirable

Work Experience :

Essential : 5 years experience in club management or similar experience in 3/4 star hotels/guest houses or related experience in an upscale environment, Private club, resort and/or with hospitality experience

Technical / Soft Skills required

  • Good communications & Coordination skills
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, Power Point)
