Objective of the position

Facilitating customers during the project site visit, following up on sales leads, tele-calling and explaining the features of the projects to prospective customers  to achieve sales targets of the designated project

Person Specification

Age : 25-30 years

Qualification:

Essential : Graduate any

Desirable : PG diploma / degree in Sales Management

Work Experience Desirable

Work Experience :

Work experience in Gurgaon projects/ Residing in Gurgaon

 Essential:

2 – 3 years experience in services like Real Estate/ banking/ insurances/ hospitality

Technical / Soft Skills required

  • Confident / Presentable
  • Well versed with MS Office
  • Communication skills – written as well as verbal
  • Networking & Influencing skills

  • Execution of Pre and post sales activities
  • Implementation ODPEC sales process for achieving the sales targets
  • Networking with current and prospective customers
  • Execution of Brand promotion events and activities
  • Collection of data for understanding market competition
  • Customer documentation and Sales MIS
  • Zero defects in sales MIS and reports
  • Conversion of site visits to actual sales – percentage of site visits converted to confirmed sales
  • Achievement of sales targets -actual collection vs targets
