Person Specification

Responsible to ensure implementation of Quality control / quality assurance processes and project documentation on the project site.

Qualification Essential

B.E. / B. Tech Civil from institute of repute and good passing grades

Qualification Desirable

PG in Quality Surveying from NICMAR

Age 27 – 32 yrs

Work Experience Desirable

Work Experience Essential

5 yrs in construction of residential, commercial or infrastructure projects with on site quality lab testing experience

Technical / Soft Skills required

Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel, exposure to ERP working

Salary

Upto 4 Lacs p.a.

Key Results Areas

  • Maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements.
  • Testing and inspection of acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship
  • Inspection and checking for all quality related procedures as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.
  • Internal Audit at site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan
  • Preparation of test reports, documentation and generation of relevant MIS
  • Preparation of daily progress reports, drawing and documentation management
  • Training of project site staff on Quality assurance and control plan
  • Adherence to the departmental TATs
  • Zero defects in report generation
  • Zero defects in adherence to Quality SOPs
