Objective of the position

Facilitating customers during the project site visit, following up and analysis of sales leads, tele-calling and explaining the features of the projects to prospective customers to achieve sales targets of the designated project.

Person Specification

Qualification: Graduate any

Desirable: PG diploma / degree in Sales Management

Work Experience Desirable

Work Experience

Essential: 1- 2 yrs experience handling frontline Real estate Sales

Technical / Soft Skills required

  • *Confident/Presentable

  • *Well versed with MS Office

  • *Communication skills – written as well as verbal
  • * Networking & Influencing skills

25-30 yrs

  • Execution of Pre and post sales activities
  • Implementation ODPEC sales process for achieving the sales targets.
  • Networking with current and prospective customers
