Objective of the position
Facilitate customers with all services required to take possession of the flat and Move into their apartment
Person Specification: Male/ Female candidates
Qualification: Graduate any
Work Experience Desirable
Essential: 3-4 years of similar experience in customer service, coordination in real estate or services like banking/ insurances.
Technical / Soft Skills required
Key Results Areas
- Act as a single point of contact for the customers for all formalities required to take possession, hand over and finally moving into their apartment
- Coordinate with all internal departments like sales, projects and facilities as well as customer.
- Physical inspection of the apartment pre and post possession.
- Maintain check list/ snag list for follow up on the pending activities.
- Handle customer complaints pre and post possession and facilitate follow up actions
- Collection and analysis of data for understanding market competition
