Legal Manager/ Administration

Reporting To


Objective of the position

Responsible for handling all legal litigations mainly being customer & civil in nature.

Responsible for coordinating all legal matters in conjunction with external law firms.

Drafting and vetting of consumer agreements and land related title documentation.

Person Specification


LLB from an Institute/ University of repute

Work Experience Desirable

  • Minimum 5 years work experience post LLB. Out of which minimum 2 years with private sector companies (client side)
  • Exposure to consumer litigation is essential
  • In depth knowledge on consumer protection acts, RERA is essential

Technical / Soft Skills required

  • Ability to draft basic Agreements & Case briefs
  • Working knowledge of MS office, Excell
  • Good coordination and communication skills

Key Results Areas

  • Managing all consumer litigations at lok Adalat/ State commission / RERA / NCDRC/ High courts / NCLT
  • Coordinating all civil litigations at High courts & other forums
  • Conduct & Co-ordinate Land/Property related due diligence, documentation including Agreements, Mutations/ ROR etc
  • Prepare brief of all cases for management discussions
  • Keep abreast with latest judgments in related matters
  • Maintain & update all legal cases related MIS
