Objective of the position

Creating Good Channel Partner Network, Maintain Channel Partner Relationship, Facilitating customers during the project site visit, following up and analysis of  sales leads, tele-calling and explaining the features of the projects to prospective customers to achieve sales targets of the designated project.

Person Specification

Age : 25-30 years

Qualification:

Essential : Graduate any

Desirable : PG diploma / degree in Sales Management

Work Experience Desirable

Work experience in Gurgaon projects/ Residing in Gurugram

 Essential:

Minimum 2-3 yrs experience in sales involving direct interaction with end customers. Real Estate Sales Background either from Real Estate Developer or Reputed big Real Estate Consultants etc.

Technical / Soft Skills required

  • Confident / Presentable
  • Well versed with MS Office
  • Communication skills – written as well as verbal
  • Networking & Influencing skills

Salary: Depending upon experience and past salary drawn
