Objective of the position

Responsible for implementation and adherence to security procedures and supervision of the security staff posted at the assigned Ashiana location. Security of people, material assets, incident and crisis management

Person Specification

Age:

Below 40 years

Qualification:

Essential :
Any Graduate

Desirable :

Certification in any Safety, security, fire fighting or disaster management

Salary:

Rs 5 lacs pa

Work Experience Desirable

Work Experience :

Essential:

3 – 4 years experience working as security function, fire fighting, CCTV surveillance, disaster management

Technical / Soft Skills required

  • Good Coordination skills
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, Power Point)

Key Results Areas

  • Ensure adherence to Security procedures and protocols (SOP)
  • Maintenance of day to day security documentation
  • Respond to emergency incidents and report accordingly
  • Maintain surveillance equipment
  • Coordinate with local security vendors for deployment of security staff
  • Training of security staff in procedures
  • Documentation and MIS
