Dy/ Asst. Manager Customer Service & Documentation


Head Office, Jasola District Centre, New Delhi

Objective of the position

Overall responsibility for the smooth functioning of customer service which includes   generating error free documentation pertaining to all projects, record keeping and organized file retrieval system, ensuring seamless coordination with sales team, and  dealing effectively with customer queries and complaints.

Person Specification

Person Specification: Only Female candidates

Age: 32- 45 years

Qualification: Graduate (any stream)

Salary:  Rs 3 – 4.5 lacs pa

Work Experience Desirable

7 – 15 years in Customer service, preferably in Real Estate Sector


Technical / Soft Skills required

  • Excellent communication skills – verbal as well as written
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Key Results Areas

  • Generation & authorization of all customer documentation such as invoices, agreements, Payment receipts. possession documents etc
  • Effective closure of customer queries/complaints
  • Day to day management of back office operations
  • Record keeping and maintaining a file retrieval system
  • Effective coordination with sales team for smooth operations
  • Generating & monitoring post Sales MIS
  • Responsible for quarterly update of Sales related data as required under RERA
