Reporting To

AGM Admin/ In-charge

Objective of the position

Assist in coordinating and controlling day to day maintenance activities of common facilities in the designated project within approved processes and procedures

Person Specification


Essential Desirable

Essential: Graduate any

Qualification: Essential Desirable 

Essential: Graduate / Operational knowledge of Fire fighting & Safety procedures

Work Experience Desirable

Work Experience

Essential: 3 -4 years experience in administration / facility operations in a residential complex

Technical / Soft Skills required

  • Good communications & Coordination skills

  • Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, Power Point)

Key Results Areas

  • Manage maintenance operations within the defined budgets without compromising on quality of services
  • Adherence to the  Standard Operating Procedures for maintenance of all common facilities as per agreed SLAs
  • Manage and prioritize resource utilization at  the site.
  • Coordinate with vendors providing facilities like housekeeping, security or any other services
  • Addressing customer complaints
  • Tracking of annual maintenance contracts and renewal
  • MIS and report generation
