Responsible  for effective sourcing, selection and supporting all human resources functions for smooth operations of the department. Assist in development and implementation of  robust HR processes for smooth HR operations.

Technical / Soft Skills required

  • Proficiency MS Excel, ability to make power point presentations, exposure to  ERP platform
  • Good communication verbal as well as written, Positive attitude
    Any Tests to be conducted

Key Results Areas

  • Sourcing and selection of human resources as per company requirement
  • Assist in operational activities of  Employee orientation, training and development or any other new initiative
  • Assist in administering Performance management program
  • Execute activities related to payroll administration, attendance and leave records
  • Execute activities related to benefits, employee welfare and engagement.
  • Maintenance of employee personal files, compilation of employee data , MIS and HR reports
  • Documentation and updation of records for all employee related statutory compliances.
  • Zero defects in all HR reports/files/HRIS
  • Zero defects in payroll administration
  • Employee benefits, welfare and engagement activities as per defined TATs
