Sales Coordinator / Guest Relation Executive

AGM Sales

Objective of the position

Facilitating the sales team of Gurgaon project in managing back office documentation and preparation of sales MIS. Customer interaction and follow up for payment collection. Managing data on sales leads and tele-calling.

Person Specification


Essential : Graduate any


3 – 3.5 lacs pa


25-30 yrs

Work Experience Desirable

Work Experience :

Essential :  2-5yr experience preferable in a Real estate builder organization.

Technical / Soft Skills required

  • Confident/Presentable
  • Well versed with MS Office
  • Communication skills – written as well as verbal
  • Excellent coordination skills

Key Results Areas

Handling Front office – Managing Walk-in Prospects / Existing customers

  • Cordination with customers for documentation and payment collection.
  • Maintaining all sales MIS reports and sales leads data
  • Coordination with Customer Service at Head Office for submission of customer documents and payment collected
  • Assisting the sales teams in coordination for all promotional events
  • Keeping track of all marketing promotional material stock
  • Coordinating for all administrative activities at the site sales/ marketing office.
  • Coordinating with bank representatives for timely disbursement in home loan cases
