Objective of the position

Responsible for execution of all MEP activities including plumbing, electrical, fire fighting & ACMV activities at the assigned Ashiana project while meeting the defined parameters of cost, quality, time and Safety/HSE.

Person Specification

Age : 35 – 40 years

Qualification:

Essential : B.E./B.Tech ( Civil) Elec  from a good institute

Desirable : Working Knowledge of MSP and Auto Cadd

Work Experience Desirable

Work Experience:

Essential:10-15 years out of which at least 5 years should be in handling multiple projects in the real estate industry of multi storey housing

Desirable: Should have worked in a similar leadership role in residential Group housing projects in NCR.

Minimum 2 projects of 5 lac sq feet each with minimum specification of 2 B +G+18 Floors

Salary: 12-15 lacs p.a.

Key Results Areas

    1.  Design – 40%
    • Coordinate with external services consultants for preparation of Design Brief (DBR) of all MEP Services
    • Preparation of all services BOQ. Coordination with consultants for tender
    • Preparation of Rate Analysis 7 estimate for each service item
    • Preparation of tender documents, drawings, identification of vendors, tendering, comparative study, negotiation & award of tender
    • Study the requirements of local Development authorities, MOEF,SPCB etc.
    1. Optimization – 40%
    • Study of DBR, drawing, BOQ items and optimise the design the design, drawing & material selection to achieve maximum cost efficiency within parameters of NBC & other statutory requirements.
    • Prepare / Coordinate preparation of revised BOQ/Drawings based on optimisation
    1. Execution – 20%
    • Supervise on site execution through site project teams
    • Review progress, quality & cost at regular intervals
    • Regular training of site execution team
    • Recieving & providing feedback to the execution teams
    • Trouble shooting & handholding through the execution process at site
    • Verifying & certifying of running bills of contracts, purchase orders of various services related contract
