Manager Sales/ Team Leader



Reporting To

Sales Head/ Director

Objective of the position

Responsible for achieving and exceeding the assigned sales targets in the designated project through proper implementation of the company sales process while maintaining relationship with customers adhering to the documentation requirements and managing the front line sales team.

Person Specification

Specification:Work experience in Residential real estate projects in Bhubaneshwar/kolkatta/Bangalore or else strong experience in sales function as a team leader.

Essential: Graduate with Technology savvy for strong follow ups on sales software

Desirable: Post Graduate/ MBA/ PG diploma in Sales Management / Sales training from good institutes

Work Experience Desirable

Essential:15 years experience in sales. Experience of direct Sales (non-broking/non distribution channel) is must. Managerial level experience in handling a team of minimum 3 people.

Desirable: Experience with good real estate company or brokerage firms like Prop Tiger, Magic bricks, 99 Acres, square yards

Technical / Soft Skills required

  • Collection and analysis of data for understanding market competition
  • Implementation of sales strategy and sales action plans for the sales team for achieving the sales targets.
  • Responsible for follow ups of all the leads generated and data updation.
  • Planning and execution of Brand promotion events and activities
  • Execution of Pre and post sales activities
  • Maintaining sales related MIS and reports generation
  • Networking with existing as well as prospective customers
  • Achievement of sales targets
