Objective of the position

Responsible for planning, estimation, billing and execution of all electrical equipments and fittings at the assigned project meeting defined parameters of cost, quality, safety & HSE requirements

Person Specification

Qualification: B.E./ B. Tech Electrical from institute of repute with good passing grades

Desirable: Good working knowledge of AUTOCAD

Work Experience Desirable

Work Experience

Essential: 8 yrs in construction of residential high rise projects & commercial buildings

Desirable: Experience working for Electrical Contractors Companies

Age:  27 – 35 yrs

Salary: Upto 5 Lacs P.A.

Technical  Skills required: MS Office Excel & Auto Cadd working knowledge is essential

Key Results Areas

  • Review building plans and specifications to determine the layout for all electrical establishment and related materials
  • Extract quantities of items from GFC drawings and keep record of the same.
  • Prepare bar charts for all MEP services like Electrical, HVAC, Fire fighting, water supply, lifts, STP and assist in preparing quantity and construction cost estimates, provide estimate of cabling work/ layout and give requirement of cables.
  • Ensure adherence to state and local and model codes and checking material specification
  • Monitor installation and ensure smooth operations and functioning of all elctro mechanical services.
  • Ensuring smooth project closure activities like preparing operation SOP/ Handing over documents, surplus material, resources reconciliation, commissioning certificate, contractor retention money etc.
