Objective of the position

Facilitating customers during the project site visit, following up on sales leads, tele-calling and explaining the features of the projects to prospective customers to achieve sales targets of the designated project.

ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Essential:

Graduate any

Desirable:

PG diploma/degree in Sales  Management

Age:

25-30 yrs

Work Experience Desirable

Work Experience :

(No. of years/ Relevant Functions/Type of projects/Level-Mgmt or Non- Mgmt.)

Essential :  3-5 years’ experience in sales – real estate, services like banking/ insurances .

Technical / Soft Skills required

Essential :

*Product Knowledge

* Knowledge of Market research

* Communication skills -Written as well as verbal

* Networking, Influencing and Negotiation skills

Desirable:

*Time management skills

  • Execution of Pre and post sales activities

  • Zero defects in sales MIS and reports
  • Conversion of site visits to actual sales – percentage of site visits converted to confirmed sales

DETAILED WORK ACTIVITIES:

Execution of Pre /Post sales activities

  • Facilitate the customer site visit weather coordinated or walk-in explaining the project facilities
  • Implement the developed SOP and follow the ODPEC sales model during the customer visit while explaining the facilities of the project
  • Provide similar information and attend to customer queries on telephone and encourage them for a physical site visit
  • Regular follow up with the customers to resolve doubts and apprehensions for successful sales conversions.
  • On completion of the project coordinate with team for smooth handing over

Customer Engagement and Networking

  • Develop and maintain networking with existing and prospective customers
  • Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, trade fairs and networking events
  • Assist in collection and compilation of competition data through research and  market intelligence
  • Identify new brokers and network with the current for smooth functioning.
  • Assist in conducting regular corporate as well as product training and apprising them of new schemes or activities launched by the company.
  • Plan and facilitate regular corporate as well as product training to the sales team

Documentation and MIS

  • Coordinate with the Customer service team for collection and customer documentation.
  • Maintain sales reports and MIS
