Objective of the position

Responsible for supervision and observance of Standard HSE procedures, promotion of safe conduct of work to ensure safe and secure environment at the allocated Ashiana project site.

Person Specification

Qualification:

Essential :

Graduate any , Dip in Safety

Desirable :

Certification course in Fire Fighting/ First Aid

Age:

27 – 35 yrs

Work Experience Desirable

Work Experience :

Essential:

5 -8 yrs in construction of residential high rise projects.

Technical / Soft Skills required

  • Ability to work in MS Office Excel

Key Results Areas

Supervision of Safety Standards

  • Advise site staff and contractors to of safety and health regulations as per the company SOPs.
  • Conducting daily tool box meeting
  • Inspection of work site for investigation and identification of unsafe act and unsafe condition
  • Inspection of Labour Camp/ school for cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Ensure regular medical health check up by qualified registered medical practitioner.
  • Regular Pest control at construction site establishments like labour camp, labour school etc.
