Chairman & Managing Director
Mr. R.K. Modi, Founder Director of Ashiana Group, graduated in Civil Engineering from BITS Pilani in 1972. Since 1987, he has spearheaded numerous housing projects, transforming the urban landscape of NCR with quality benchmarks for middle-income housing. A visionary entrepreneur with expertise in space planning, site development, and construction, he combines deep knowledge with dynamic leadership to inspire Team Ashiana. Guided by his mission to provide affordable, high-quality living, Ashiana today stands as a trusted name, enriching the lives of thousands of families.
Rohit Raj Modi
Director
Graduate in B.Com (Hons) from Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics, Bombay and Master Business Administration from International Management Institute (IMI), New Delhi. Has been actively involved in Business Development, Marketing Strategy, Planning and Execution of housing projects since 1997.
Mayank Raj Modi
Director
Graduate in B.Sc. (Hons) in Business Management from Institute for Integrated Learning in Management (IILM), Delhi in 2001. Worked in the Software Sector at Bangalore and a short training stint at Lloyd Marine, London. He is responsible for marketing, sales and corporate communications.
